Greetings from the Food Bank

We are well-settled into our new ‘home’ now, just in time for the lead-up to a busy Christmas period. Again, thank you all for your wonderful ongoing support! It is amazing how many people we are able to bless with the amount of food you continue to willingly donate.

For the next 2 weeks, our focus is on building up jams, honey and breakfast spreads and beverages – tea, coffee, Raro, juices. The plan is to give each family something special at Christmas time – maybe chocolate, fizzy drink, special biscuits, or some kind of festive dessert – pavlova, frozen cheesecake, ice cream. (We have access to a freezer).
